Stun Guns cannot be shipped to the following Cities, States, Counties:

Illinois *  Can be purchased with proof of FOID card -- see below

Wisconsin  * Can be purchased with proof of CCW permit -- see below

ILLINOIS STUN DEVICE RESTRICTION:  Citizens who reside in Illinois and who have a valid FOID card may purchase stun devices. Please email a copy of your FOID to us, with your Order# clearly displayed in the email, after placing your order. If we do not receive a copy of your FOID card, the order will not be processed or shipped, at which time we will cancel the order and issue a refund to you.

WISCONSIN STUN DEVICE RESTRICTION: Citizens who reside in Wisconsin and who have a valid CCW permit may purchase stun devices. Please email a copy of your CCW permit to us, with your Order# clearly displayed in the email, after placing your order. If we do not receive a copy of your CCW permit the order will not be processed or shipped, at which time we will issue a refund to you.

PEPPER SPRAY
All pepper spray products must be shipped Ground due to the nature of the product.



New York* - Pepper spray cannot be shipped to New York. Residents. May only purchase defense sprays from licensed Firearms Dealers or licensed Pharmacists in that state.


Massachusetts* - Pepper spray cannot be shipped to Massachusetts. Residents may only purchase from licensed Firearms Dealers in that state.
*Animal repellents are permitted.


Michigan - Pepper spray purchased must not be more than 10% (Pepper Shot, Mace PepperGuard, Michigan Approved, are all approved for Michigan).  "The reasonable use of a self defense spray or foam device containing not more than 10% oleoresin capsicum by a person in the protection of a person or property under circumstances that would justify the person's use of physical force."

Wisconsin - Tear gas is not permissible.  By regulation, OC products with a maximum OC concentration of 10% and weight range of oleoresin of capsicum and inert ingredients of 15-60 grams are authorized. This is 1/2 oz. and 2 oz. spray. Further, the product cannot be camouflaged, and must have a safety feature designed to prevent accidental discharge. The units may not have an effective range of over 20 feet and must have an effective range of six feet.  In addition there are certain labeling and packaging requirements: Laws state that pepper spray cannot be sold to anyone under the age of 18 and the phone number of the manufacturer has to be on the label. The units must also be sold in sealed tamper-proof packages.


California - The legal container size must be equal to or below 2.5 ounces of active product. The pepper spray carried, shipped, sold or used in California should also be labeled with a warning stating that the product is only intended for self-defense. No person convicted of a felony or any crime involving an assault under the laws of the United States, the State of California, or any other state, government, or country or convicted of misuse of tear gas under subdivision (g) shall purchase, possess, or use tear gas or tear gas weapons. No person who is addicted to any narcotic drug shall purchase, possess, or use tear gas or tear gas weapons. No person shall sell or furnish any tear gas or tear gas weapon to a minor. No person who is a minor shall purchase, possess, or use tear gas or tear gas weapons. No person shall purchase, possess, or use any tear gas weapon that expels a projectile, or that expels the tear gas by any method other than an aerosol spray, or that contains more than 2.5 ounces net weight of aerosol spray."
